Thank you for shopping with us! We take pride in carefully packing and sending out your orders, whether it’s our handcrafted ceramics, 3D prints, or essential hermit crab supplies. Please take a moment to read through our shipping policy before placing your order.


📦 Where We Ship From

We are based in rural South Australia, and all orders are packed and shipped from our studio.


Shipping Within Australia

We offer both Standard and Express shipping via Australia Post.

Standard Shipping

  • Flat Rate: Calculated at checkout
  • Delivery Time: 5–10 business days (depending on location)

Express Shipping

  • Flat Rate: Calculated at checkout
  • Delivery Time: 2–5 business days (metro areas may be faster)

🛍 Free Standard Shipping is available on all orders over $250 AUD.


🌿 Order Processing Times

As a small rural business, we handcraft and pack most items ourselves. Please allow up to 14 business days for your order to be processed before dispatch — especially during periods of high demand.

We’ll always do our best to ship sooner when possible, and we’ll contact you if any major delays occur.


🔍 Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with your Australia Post tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey. If you haven’t received your tracking info within 14 days of ordering, feel free to reach out to us.


🌎 International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping by prior consultation only. If you’re located outside of Australia and are interested in our products, please contact us at prismscreations@gmail.com before placing your order.

This allows us to ensure your items can be safely shipped to your location and to calculate accurate postage rates.


🚫 Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by couriers or weather conditions
  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout
  • Uncollected parcels returned to sender
  • Damage during transit.

If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window, please check your tracking first, then reach out to us at prismscreations@gmail.com if you still need help.


🔄 Refunds and Returns

We do accept returns in accordance with our Refunds and Returns. Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
